STI programs are purposely designed to work with existing pharmacy processes and systems so as to not disrupt pharmacist efficiency.  That’s why STI’s smart cards look remarkably similar to a standard health insurance card.  Special program instructions, when applicable, are clearly outline on the card, as is the expiration date of the card.  Should you ever need help with the processing of a patient’s card, please call the customer support number on the card or contact us directly here at STI.
