He has held senior financial management roles for Jacques Whitford Limited, Clarke Inc., Clear Picture Corporation and Ernst & Young LLP.

Throughout his career Oliver has held roles as: Director of Project Management at Cyberplex, VP of Solutions, Delivery and Marketing at Medusa Medical Technologies, and has been a partner of Spirit Spa with his wife Linda since 2002.
